- For in-stock blank garments with logo customization, the MOQ is usually around 30 pieces per style. For fully custom production, the MOQ is usually around 100 pieces per style. The final MOQ depends on the fabric, color, size range, and logo process.

- Yes. For 30-piece orders, we usually recommend using in-stock blank garments with printing or embroidery. This is more cost-effective and faster for small brands, sample drops, or market testing.
- Do you charge for samples?
- Yes. Samples are charged based on the product type and customization process. Simple samples usually take around 5 to 7 days, while complex samples with special fabric, embroidery, washing, or multiple processes may take around 15 to 20 days.
- Which printing method is best for my design?
- For simple 1 to 5 color logos, screen printing is usually the best option. For complex, multi-color, gradient, or photo-style designs, DTG or DTF is more suitable. For premium branding, embroidery can also be used depending on the logo size and details.
- How long does bulk production take?
- Standard bulk production for 300 to 500 pieces usually takes around 15 to 20 days after sample approval and deposit payment. More complex custom orders, special washing, or multiple decoration processes may take around 20 to 30 days.
- What are your payment terms?
- Our standard payment term is usually 30 to 50% deposit before production, with the balance paid before shipment. Production starts after the sample is approved and the deposit is received.
- How do you control quality?
- We focus on size tolerance, shrinkage control, fabric quality, printing and embroidery stability, production consistency, and final inspection before shipment. Pre-production sample approval is required before bulk production to reduce risk and ensure the final goods match the confirmed details.
